Synapsi

Synapsi is a management suite for freelancers who want to follow how their own work is going, comfortably. It ships as a desktop app for Windows and macOS. Every installation runs entirely on the computer, and all the data is saved locally on the device.

Saved inside are clients, projects, quotes, invoices, balances, hours worked, collaborators, expenses and payments received. The invoicing cycle is complete and goes as far as generating the XML file for electronic invoicing, with withholding tax and any recurring invoices, which are issued automatically. The AI can carry out every operation there is, and it can log an expense from a photo of the receipt. From this data Synapsi works out the balance of expenses and how the business is going overall, down to detailed reports.

From the Telegram bot, then, the whole business can be run, creating, editing or deleting any kind of information held in the suite, attaching a screenshot that shows the operation just carried out, so it can be checked straight away. Once a week the bot writes of its own accord, with a reminder of whatever has been left pending.
